Fantastic hotel

I went to Haridwar in the month of November. Hotel Aditya is fantastic hotel front side opens in market back side on the ghat of Ganga. You will find the market as good as Ganga. Nice food for vegetarians. The best thing is masala tea. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Me, along with my Spouse and my Mother, visited Haridwar on a road trip from New Delhi (Sarita Vihar) to Haridwar and Rishikesh on 8th and 9th October.
Overall the journey had been fabulous,but I would specifically like to mention about this Hotel and the overall stay experience.

Pros:Hotel staff are very polite & nice behaved as well as very much helpful.Hotel manager is also very polite, gentle and helpful in every aspect. One face of hotel is market-facing and the other side is ganga facing. Hotel has its own ghat on ganga.The food is also very nice ,fresh and tasty.The ganga facing balcony is really beautiful.They have lift also.

Dont stay unless its absolutely essential to have river view and you cant afford Haveli Hari Ganga

Dont go by the rating on Tripadvisor (overrated) and avoid this hotel if you can.
I stayed with my parents and to allow them a chance to bathe in Ganga near Har Ki Pauri I chose this hotel.
Our stay was less than 12 hours and hence spending close to 9000 INR for Haveli Hari Ganga did not feel reasonable.
Apart from proximity to Har ki Pauri (less than 10 min walk) and 'private' bathing ghat adjacent to the hotel coupled with river views from balcony, everything else about this hotel is bad.
