Economical/good staff but with bed bugs

by anirbanb on 02 Feb 2019 (Business Traveller)

Good staff - excellent location - room was decent sized BUT I have returned from the trip with bed-bug (khatmal) bites all over my body!! This is really unacceptable keeping hygiene in mind. Please do pest control and get new blankets put. I stayed in 401 and hopefully it’s a problem only with that room. Please fumigate the room. Sorry to put up the hideous pictures but if I didn’t the hotel wouldn’t believe... buffet breakfast is decent... it’s a 500m walk to fisherman’s wharf. And the hotel do...

Very small sized room

by ShyamSawhney on 28 Dec 2018 (Family Traveller)

I have booked a deluxe room, expecting some good space but the space was even less as compared to superior room. As per my opinion it should be your last option. Market is nearby. Also some good casino and Cruse are at walking distance. Food is not good. So please avoid it.

Super place to stay in panjim

by Abhiksen313 on 11 Dec 2018 (Family Traveller)

An Excellent stay option in Panjim near to 18th June road market and the Mandovi river water front. The hotel is rated high in terms of value for money aspect considering its central location. The buffet breakfast on offer is ok and can be improved upon though. Would recommend to all travellers traveling through panjim/old goa for a nice stay.

Good place for an overnight stay

by jkkartha on 27 Nov 2018 (Solo Traveller)

The property is in Panjim. The room was clean but bathroom was smelly. The good part is the overhanging balcony where you can enjoy a cup cofee with a ciggy. I stayed there just because its proximity to IFFI theater complex

Hotel Palacio De Goa

by shy23_pal on 01 Nov 2018 (Business Traveller)

Most unprofessional, dishonest hotel group. The car was rented @Rs.1000/- only. When I arrived at the airport I was forced to pay Rs.1500/-. And it was said in Goa during tourist season this is the custom. The hotel supplied me milk pouch which is of very poor quality. The attendant orders the guests. I had an emergency so I had to leave 2 days before. Effectively I stayed 2 nights instead 4 nights. I requested for one night refund as I am a frequent traveller. The make my trip office spoke on b...
