Absolutely worth a Stay for Economical Budget !

We stayed for a day in this Hotel from 4th Dec to 5th Dec 2018. We have been total 3 Adults, myself, my spouse and my mother.
We had planned a visit to Mata Kamakhya Temple on 4th December, the trip was planned from New Delhi to Guwahati via Airway, and so got this hotel pre-booked through Oyo. the hotel is located close to railway station and all the amenities are perfectly present. it felt like a second home to me. The service provided by the hotel personnel is laudable and the food was also delicious. kudos to the service providers

The hotel staff doesn't know the difference between the basic requirements and complementary offers that we get while booking. I called the room service to provide me drinking water. He confirmed me thrice as sir, is it aquafina or bisleri? I replied, as I want normal drinking water. Provide me normal drinking water. He said call reception. Good stay with comfort & cleanliness

Compared to similar such hotels nearby, this hotel is comfortable, clean and affordable. Breakfast was nice. Staffs are cordial. I fully enjoyed my 4 day stay in Guwahati. Rooms are little bit small particularly when two people stay, but are neatly maintained. Bathrooms are bigger with hot and cold water 24 hours.

Run down place which should not even deserve 1 star.... too much staff that is not trained or seem to care.
Get rid of half the staff, train the rest of the staff properly and it might get better.
The breakfast you better skip...worse I had in india.
