The Hotel staff was indecent, irresponsible and insensitive as they don’t know how to treat a guest. Our organization booked room on 12/10/2018 of our honorable guest, who is a nationwide dignity and due to hotel mismanagement our guest day program became very chaotic. We booked a room costing 5000 and were charged 6000+ INR (which was the best room in the hotel) and in the morning the hotel guys stop our guest from taking his breakfast as it was not included in the package moreover other packag...

The location is excellent as situated on main Kutchery road with easy access to all major parts of the city around. Rooms are decent, however prefer Super deluxe rooms. Food is ok. Services can be better. No tea maker in rooms. Rest everything's ok for business stay including free WiFi.

This is a terrible hotel; please do NOT stay here. There was a theft of a valuable item from our room (worth about Rs 2000), and the management did absolutely NOTHING about it, and refused to even show us the CCTV footage. Even before this incident, the experience was bad. The staff are not polite or professional at all. There is not hot water in the bathroom. The food is terrible. All in all, please never stay here. It is an absolute waste of your money.

The location is excellent, situated on main road and walking distance from Morabadi Ground. Room and Services are excellent, as well as staff is very cooperative. Food is good and rooms are clean. I recommend this hotel for all kinds of trips.
