Hotel Rattans Regency , Roorkee

I booked a deluxe room. First of all they provided a room which was dirty and was filled with filthy smell. After reminders changed the room. They are cheaters food was tasteless and they also over charged for food. The manager was not at all friendly. He charged for food more then what it was mentioned in menu stating that the menu is old one. And on top of it he also didn’t provided bill for food. Waste of money.

Prime location, friendly and helpful staff, great services, delicious food, spacious and fully equipped rooms makes this hotel one of the best in Roorkee! Stayed there with the family for 2 days and had a relaxed and amazing experience.

Given the scarcity of good hotels in the city, Hotel Rattans Regency is a best option. It has all amenities of a hotel at a reasonable price. Staff is very friendly & helpful ; and cleanliness is good. it is located in the center of city which is good.

I have been recently there with my friends.The rooms are in excellent condition, food is really yummy and last but not least hospitality is really awesome.You will feel like home. it was awesome experience and have great fun. All hotel staff was very corporative and services was very good and well furnished rooms. Free wifi service was also available there. Regards Harvinder Singh Chahal
