Very nice hotel. Shubham manager of the hotel served alot and his behaviour is very good. Rooms are neat and clean near to the Tito's lane 1 in baga. Every one can enjoy the hotel with better price....

overall the hotel is good but, the service is late and mainly in the reception night duty guy is very irritating he is a worst fellow responding very bad. he give answers very aggressively, but the room and atmosphere is very attractive at last we can stay here.
Good Location and great staff

We visited Goa in May'18 and stayed at this Hotel generally because of the location. It is very near to Titos Lane and Baga Beach. The Staff was very helpful, there were few issues with the Wifi and the AC in the room but staff immediately responded to the call the fixed the issues. The Hotel is really good if you are looking for Budget holidays.
Near baga beach, but must be avoided

The hotel is situated near Baga beach, just opposite to Tito's lane. Staying here was not good. Hotel was extremely dirty. No clean bedsheet, bathroom and lame room service in the room. Ok for single person travelling and passing by and staying one night near Baga beach.

Excellent service by hotel management.... Provided us all facilities in the new place... The manager Hemant is a very helpful and cool attitude guy... Nice food too... Its near to baga beach with a distance of just 200 metres.. also the supermarket near this hotel is 24 hours open... They also provide bikes and cars on rent at low prices..
