Hotel Shiv Sai , Shirdi

we went and stayed here with family to visit sri Shiridi temple and it is good and room cleaning good but service needs to improve and rooms are not bad as on budget and available both hot and cold water

I visited this hotel on 31st Jan with family. First of all I would like to say trip adviser is doing utter bad, Here I did not get the room what I booked online. Called up reservation, but guys sitting at the reception says that they dont take booking for april ......... This was first time i herd from the hotel that they dont have off line booking and saying that check after 20 days online ....... no customer service at all

We have been regularly visiting this hotel whenever we travel to Shirdi. Stayed for 4 times till date with my family and enjoyed the stay.
