Hotel Supreme Heritage , mumbai

Rooms are small sized but cosy.The WiFi is a bit weak though.All basic amenities are there.The complimentary breakfast spread is fair enough considering the Tariffs.The Hall for functions is good too.Location is good with Mall & cineplex close by but being opposite a Petrol Pump Trucks etc, are often encountered during ones's movement in out of the hotel by car.The Hotel Lobby is small but overall the hotel is good enough.

Though we were hosted by our relatives for a wedding, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Few feedback points wrt rooms and service. Some rooms are too small for 3 pax occupancy, so the front office should plan accordingly when handling group bookings. Now that 3 occupancy room is given the amenities have to be accordingly provided, 3 towels, dinking water and so on.... By no means it's a three star hotel. They had locally made fridge in my room which started leaking gas. And the worst response I got when I asked the staff about. Their response was like it's not a big deal. They took the incident so casually that can't be explained.

Most of the rooms are old fashioned and with bare amenities .Some of the rooms in adjascent wing are however re-decorated. No Mini Bar. Wi Fi is available on paid basis. 200 Rs. for 24 hours. Breakfast is just sufficient with basic stuff such as one canned juice of the day bread butter , cereals , eggs , two ( one south Indian and one local) dishes and tea / coffee. Stayed in supreme after a gap of 10 years and it looks really run down. for e.g. they have put 2 mattresses for a double bed and it was total discomfort to sleep. Don’t think any maintenance is happening Not cheap also. So, try for other options in Vashi before you think of Supreme. Staff were good and cordial.
