Hotel rooms are average, Hot water is not available always, bath room bucket and was leaking !! booked for 2 adult and one kid, they use to keep only 1 towel daily ?? food is good compare to outside restaurants, staff are cooperative,
No room has a window... So sad...

This is a budget hotel.
Nice room.
Clean Bathroom.
However no window in the room.
That is difficult to handle.
We were not offered breakfast with our booking.
The location is not in the main city.
Feels like solitary confinement.
If you get a better hotel do choose that. It's about 2500 per night INR.

My stay at this hotel was because of my daughter's participation in a school level competition in Ranchi.
This hotel is situated near railway station on station road but it does not mean you will be disturbed while staying in the hotel.
This is a nice place to stay in Ranchi, the availability of public transport as well as private taxis is available in abundance at this hotel.
The food is very good and also the hotel staff is very supportive and cordial. The service was very good.

Its a decent hotel with spacious rooms. But other amenities are just ok types. Even breakfast provided is mediocre. Although staff is cooperative but there is lack of professional approach towards customer service and comfort.

Only issue is late night no food. Me
Book through online portal direct booking is higher..
Food is too be before 10.30 or else get it from out side.
