I booked this hotel for my parents who were visiting Trivandrum for a few days. The hotel was considerate for a few requests we made before arrival (through telephone) and while they stayed there including early check in and accessible rooms, since both of them cannot take too much stress, but like to travel. Stayed at this hotel for 3 days from 4th dec 2018 to 7th Dec 2018. The Well maintained property. ambience is really good. Staff is co-operative. Food quality is also good. over all my experience is best for group booking. They managed well.

We went for tea and snacks to the restaurant of the hotel town tower as we were shopping nearby. Ambience is really good. The waiting time for the food was really long. But finally when the snacks arrived, it was tasty so it was worth the wait.

Stayed at this hotel on two different occasions on 8-5-2018 and 16-05-2018 to 19-5-2018. The rate is quite reasonable for the location and the facilities provided. The complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark. Options were very less and the quality needs improvement.

Rooms are not as big as seen in the pictures, it is small but clean, well maintained. Bathroom is big based on room and is clean. Daily house keeping is done and will be cleaning the room and providing the mineral water. Restaurant is available in ground floor, food is good and price is slightly high. Room service is also available. Else near by hotels are there in MG Road. Free News Paper and Wifi. But apparently for us, Wifi was not working. Railway Station and Bus Stand are hardly 2KM. So ki...
