Comfortable hotel, but no amenities

by sima_diab on 30 Nov 2016 (Business Traveller)

I have a serious problem with a hotel that cannot provide a cup of coffee in the morning in the room. When I asked if I could get a cup of coffee to my room in the morning, I was told room service doesn't start until 11am (after breakfast in the lobby restaurant ends). If a hotel can't bring up coffee, then it should surely provide the amenities in the room to make the coffee. The hotel rooms are spacious, which is a plus, and even the basic rooms have access to a small balcony, which is nice. ...

Just for sleeping

by HansM-NL on 23 Nov 2016 (Friends Traveller)

After choosing this hotel for our marathon weekend we were surprised. The hotel feels old, like 20-30 years too old. The people at the reception are typical. We wanted to order a taxi for the marathon day and only got the reply that taxi's are available at the station around the corner. They also didn't show much effort in helping us, besides some WiFi connection problems. No where near 4 star

by amandalp1988 on 19 Nov 2016 (Couple Traveller)

Booked to stay here for the valencia GP race and on arrival it looked pleasant enough but when I got to my room I found it to be extremely dated and there was chewed gum stuck to the floor. Thankfully we only booked breakfast for one day and not the whole weekend as when we arrived at breakfast the choice was extremely poor and what there was tasted awful. I am so disappointed as this was not a cheap hotel and cost almost 500€ for 3 nights but it was more like a 50€ per night hotel.

Cheap and near to city centre, but that would be all!

by Gina Laura O on 19 Nov 2016

As said, this was cheap because we went to the Moto GP race and this was the cheapest we found with a good location..so we could walk to the city centre. The hotel is old and it has a smell that confirms this..too bad that they no longer invest money to bring it up-to-date. :)

Near to the ALSA Bus Station

by Mihaela N on 08 Aug 2016 (Couple Traveller)

We looked for a hotel near to the Bus Station. Also, the Metro station Turia is very close. Generous room size with balcony. Even though the hotel is old and the carpets and curtains were dusty, the bed linen was spotless and the bathroom very clean. Free Wifi, a little slow. Neighborhood was safe while we were there.
