We stayed here for 4 days and find very cooperative staff.They are prompt and polite.The best part is their resteraunt, very good food both during breakfast and dinner.Sahil kapur and Manoj are extremely prompt, polite and see professional approach towards customer and given the best service.We have a great stay with such a supportive hotel staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but what really set this experience apart was the service. In particular, I want to give a huge thanks to Mr. Manoj. He went above and beyond to help me with his hospitality made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find such attentive service. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for 2 nights at Clarks Inn Suites.The start of our stay wasn’t very smooth. At check-in, the linen wasn’t clean and had visible dirt marks. However, once we raised the concern, the staff responded promptly and changed everything immediately, which we appreciated.Since we were on a spiritual trip, we required food without onion and garlic. On Day 1, the food unfortunately did not taste good, and one of the dishes even had a foul taste. This was disappointing. However, on Day 2, Manoj personally took care of our meals and ensured everything was prepared properly and tasted much better. Special thanks to Manoj for handling it so well.Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the staff was attentive and quick to respond to concerns. With better quality checks in housekeeping and kitchen, the experience could be even better.

Overall our experience has been very good. Staff is very courteous and cooperative. They addressed our requirement of second room quickly. Restaurant menu and service is also good. Location is too good considering the hotel location inside city.

A Truly Wonderful Stay at Clarksinn, Kangra!My family, friends, and I (along with my young child) recently stayed at Clarksinn from 20th December to 23rd December in Kangra, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve had. The hotel is superb in every way. The rooms are amazing, beautifully designed, and equipped with extremely comfortable beds that made our stay even more relaxing. The location is excellent, with a mall right next door, and the property also offers spa and beauty services, adding to the convenience.One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the hotel staff, who truly made us feel at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and constant readiness to help stood out throughout our three-night stay.A special mention goes to General Manager Mr. Sahil who went above and beyond in helping and guiding us’especially with tips on what to see around the area and even recommending the best hotels in McLeodganj. He was always proactive and available, answering our calls even late at night.We also want to express our sincere appreciation to the F&B teamMr. Kuldeep, Sahil, Mr. Harshad, Mr. Manohar, Mr. Kailish, Mr. Mohit, and Ms. Suhani all of whom were truly amazing. They handled our requests with so much care, including laundry services and anything else we needed. The food was fabulous, scrumptious and consistently delicious,especially during our dinners.The kitchen staff also deserve a huge round of applause:Mr. Akshay, Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Puneet, Mr. Harman, and Mr. Baldar. Their food and service were exceptional.I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Kailish, who consistently went the extra mile for every guest. I noticed how warmly he greeted everyone in the restaurant, helped with taking photos for guests, checked on their comfort, and fulfilled every request with a smile and genuine care. His presence truly elevated the experience.The front office team’Ms. Pooja, Mr. Amit, Mr. Abhishek, and Mr. Vivek were wonderful and helpful at all times, ensuring smooth check-ins and addressing every query with patience.The housekeeping team, including Mr. Shubham, Ms. Jaspreet, Mr. Aryan, and Mr. Nikhil, maintained our rooms beautifully and always responded immediately to any request we had.Finally, the maintenance team’Mr. Vishal, Mr. Narayan, and Mr. Sanjay also did an excellent job, ensuring everything in the hotel was in perfect working order.Overall, Clarksinn Kangra exceeded all our expectations. The combination of comfortable rooms, great location, delicious food, and above all, incredible staff, made our stay truly memorable.
