Very bad food quality, I went with my family for dinner. I specially mention that we want non spicy and fresh food but we got spicy and bad food, we all face nausea problem after eating.The service was very poor and non professional.

I had a very pleasant stay at Rangoli pearl Hotel. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, well-prepared, and offered good variety. The quality of the food and the taste were truly satisfying. The staff deserves special appreciation for being courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay comfortable and welcoming. Overall, a great experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

The rooms were very dirty and the staff was very rude. It must have been a good hotel some time back but now no one is paying attention towards maintenance and service. I have visited a couple of times now but won't go again. The breakfast is also average and the staff there in the restaurant is also rude and has a bad attitude

The experience did not meet expectations given the premium pricing. Despite a late check-in, the room was not ready upon arrival. Basic amenities such as water bottles and towels were missing, and the room itself was extremely small. Additionally, the bathroom window would not close, and the table glass was broken, indicating poor maintenance.After raising these issues, the room was changed, which was appreciated. The only notable positive aspect of the stay was the availability of room service for alcohol.However, the overall experience was further impacted by significant noise disturbances late into the night. Other guests were loud until midnight, and children were repeatedly banging on our room door. This level of disruption is unacceptable, especially for a hotel positioned at the higher end of the city’s pricing spectrum.
