I am thinking from where should I start The first experience when I called the hotel desk to get the correct location no body pick up the call.Second the room which was allocated to me was in a terrible condition. At night I call the staff to clean the floor since water from.the washroom was coming out inside the room. The staff was unaware the issue. But he socked the water with a towel and go.Second day I requested to shift me.on 1st floor .Now in the room issue with frequent wifi connectivity. I rushed to staff again for help.Only single towel was given where as the room was booked for 3 people . It is in records.Resturant not available while asking the staff said u what up to our manager he will share your to menu and price list. Even last 2 days I am in the hotel but not seen the manger or any responsible person in the holed reception.Surprise to see such kind of hospitality even after paying 12K for 4 days stay.Definitely I am not happy with my booking and never want to come back in this hotel.
