So you are an explorer and want to know Parwanoo in and out? Well, exploring this gorgeous hill station is not that difficult, it’s small, remember? Though, the point that arises now, is how to do it. For that, Parwanoo has few amazing options. Now you are curious, read on then.

  • Buses

The rustic feel of buses not only makes you feel like a true Indian but also takes you on a trip which is not that easily forgotten, right?  If yes, then travelling through buses in Parwanoo is going to be a treat for you. The deluxe and semi deluxe buses are available for a ride from foothills to the top of this small yet amazingly beautiful hill station. The fares for these bus services are not more than INR 20 to INR 30 per head which is really cheap for exploring a place and that too when you are not bothered with leading the caravan. The buses are nice and modern and in a way take away the whole old Indian rustic element but still the experience remains the same, isn’t it?

  • Rickshaws

As we are talking about the feel of an Indian town, let us take this quite literally and talk about another very interesting means of transport within Parwanoo. It is the very popular cycle rickshaws and their much developed brothers, auto rickshaws. The rides are much more personal and are easily available in all parts of the town. The general fare starts from INR 15 for shorter distances and can go up. Haggle over the fares. That’s important.

  • Rented Motorcycles

Are you an adventure buff? So, here we have something interesting to share. Rent a bike for a day and explore the hill station on your own at your own leisure. These bikes are available at different local operators very easily against an Identity Card of yours and maybe some security money at a rental of around INR 300 for a day.

Always makes sure that you keep your safety first while riding the bikes. Check for the condition of the vehicle before taking it into custody. And yes, if you want your security deposit or your ID proof back, bring the vehicle back in a single piece.

Explore the place with these means and let the beauty of the place seep deep in your veins!
