In need of a refresh

by Cynthia S on 24 Jan 2017 (Business Traveller)

I was very surprised by the dated state of my room based on other reviews. Maybe I am biased since I stayed at three hotels in a week and a half and the other two were fairly new. My room was dark and you could tell that the room has taken a beating from a lot of traffic. GREAT value.

by artnik on 22 Jan 2017 (Business Traveller)

The lobby doesn’t feels particularly special but the hotel is very well situated to downtown SLC, the rooms are REALLY nice, the bed REALLY comfortable, and the free breakfast is REALLY good. – eggs & sausage as well as cereals, pastries, pancakes etc. Great bang for the buck.

Nice Place Located in Downtown Salt Lake

by JRC24 on 22 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Salt Lake. It's within walking distance of the Jazz arena and Temple Square. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5-star rating is they charge $10 for parking. Which in my opinion is a hidden fee that's really not nice and the parking lot is not the greatest. The access is very narrow and difficult to park a large vehicle in. The offer a free breakfast that's pretty good and the rooms are very large and spacious. You're also within walking dis...

Amazing Staff so friendly

by 259kaylar on 20 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

This hotel is awesome. We will only stay at Hyatt downtown Salt Lake when we visit. The rooms are clean and relaxing. Parking is $10 but well worth it since everything is walking distance from the hotel.

Two maintenance workers came to the room and said the problem should be fixed. 90 minutes later: no change in thermostat. Went down to front desk and they refunded me $10 for parking but stated they couldn't do more since I booked through Expedia. When Expedia contacted them about this issue (about 1 week after my stay) they denied having any knowledge about i...
