The service was excellent. Staff was very cooperative. Excellent location. This was the 3rd time I stayed in the same hotel.The rooms were neat and clean , no disturbances.If I go to Trivandrum again, I will be choosing the same hotel.

It is quite near to Railway Station. Front office staff were quite helpful except Duty
Manager(a lady) on duty on 12th February and 13th February (Day time). Lack of
amenities like restaurants. This Hotel has only one restaurant with limited seats.
The bed sheet provided was dirty which I have noticed in the next morning. Nothing
more to add.

Often stay in this hotel for business trips. Is quite decent in terms of rooms and food. Good fitness centre with supercool trainer Robert Leon. Guides and motivates you to workout. Recommended for stay in trivandrum.
Great service in restaraunt by Alex

We stayed for a few nights as a family and found that Alex in the restaraunt was most helpful and a great waiter. Also had a very helpful man on reception. Clean and nice hotel in general also! We enjoyed our stay.
Let down by noise

I am leading a group of 17. It is now 22.30 and we need to leave the hotel at 06.00 for a flight. However, the noise from a bar downstairs with a disco is intolerable and I am on the 2nd floor. Reception has said they will turn the music down but this has not happened. This hotel should determine whether it will look after its customers, or not.
