I had 77 approved reviews but had received 17 coupons and 12 of them not working. Please look into the matter .

We understand your concern. This is an issue we’re working to resolve, you will get your coupons in your email shortly. Be sure to check your spam folder, in case the mails land up there. Also, you may want to check the 'My Offers' page. Appreciate your patience.

All the coupons being sent to our users are valid. Please try using the code again in the voucher section when you transact on freecharge. To get a new recharge code, you will have to write three more reviews which will be considered valid only after they are approved by our expert panel.

Few things in reply to that
1. My offers page is showing 17 coupons against my 77 reviews
2. I didn't receive them either in my mai even in spam folder.
3. 12 of the coupons out of 17 are invalid coupons as per Freecharge app.

Please do the needful.
