i have 11 approved reviews and instead of 3 coupons i got just 2 and why is that?

i have got 2 coupons instead of 3 and your answer to me is that you are resolving this matter..... first it takes time to write reviews, my reviews were genuine and about 15 of them got rejected i dont know why and i saw your reviews, and i fell mine were more genuine than your reviews, which were not approved. so if you are a representative and you solve querries regarding reviews then you can see that its totally wrong whats hapening. hope you resolve your "coupon problem: shortly thanks
