The Only plus for this resort is the mesmerizing view, rest everything is below par and actually the cons supersede the only plus it has... Location, being our major goal, this hotel delighted our hearts with it's spacious and beautifully designed rooms with balconies, each built in cascading structure. Food was an add-on. Staff was so courteous that they gracefully and willingly customized our favorite picks, like provided me my sort of cold coffee post-dinner. Excellent view from the hotel, great food, helpful and friendly staff. The location is something that probably no other hotel in Ooty can give you....we reached post 2 pm and yet the restaurant staff was very gracious and served us hot and delicious food for lunch...their breakfast menu is also quite varied and we being a group of 7 literally gorged ourselves on it..The hotel is a bit far away from main city so it is convenient if you have your own vehicle. The hotel's best feature is spacious rooms, vast balcony, awesome view from each room, hot water and trolley for ease of movement. The only one bad experience was not providing blankets at night and when we requested for the same the person was very rude. The hotel should simple pit blankets in all rooms any which ways the guests would need it during Oct to Feb period. Food was average and commensurate to the price charged.

This hotel is located a little bit away from city. You should have your own ride with you to move upto the heart of the city. But it works more in its favour than against it. It's location is the best thing. Wonderful view is available from all the rooms. Be it sunrise or sunset wonderful view is available. It has large balcony with every room.
