Awesome Renovations

by Ramona A on 24 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

The last time we stayed here it was great...but now it's even better. They renovated about 2yrs ago which actually was the last time we stayed here. All improvements are great. The lobby is great and so are the rooms. The staff is awesome as always. Lynette is great but yet so is everyone else. Can't wait to go back.

A good clean place to stay in the heart of Waikiki

by Chatmanozz on 20 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

We stayed recently at the hotel whilst on a trip to Honolulu . We thought the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly . The hotel needs an upgrade but for the price and the convenience of being in the heart of Waikiki it was well worth it. Met a lot of timeshare people there, who were friendly and nice to chat with. The pool on the roof was lovely but the spa was on the 3rd floor which we thought was strange why they were so far away from each other. We loved our stay there.

We will be back

by Tomclarenicho on 19 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

We stayed for eight nights- a family of five with adult children. We had a one bedroom apartment. It was a bit tight for five people but the kids were comfortable and so were we. Place is clean. Location is brilliant. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Next time I think we will opt for the bigger room. Price to stay was reasonable for Honolulu. Overall I would stay there again. Lewers street is the best.

Comfortable in a great location

We stayed at the Imperial for a week during a family vacation. We were a mixed group of women with a Grandmother, Mother and 2 teenage girls. We had a one bedroom Bantan suite. The actual living area was quite a bit smaller than it looked in the photos but was still comfortable when the Banyan bed was stored away. The Imperial was clean and comfortable and the staff always friendly and helpful. We did have a small ocean view from our balcony. The area was lovely and we walked to restaurants, ...

Great Location

by wcBrewer on 18 Jan 2017 (Friends Traveller)

We arrived very tired and with a grumpy baby in tow as we had technically been on the go for a little over 48hrs, the check in guy (Todd) i think was incredibly helpful and saw what a state we were in how much luggage we had and suggested that we look at the room we had booked versus a 2 bed version that had become available. So we did and it was a great suggestion as the first room was directly above the Denny's that is under the hotel and the smell was a little intense so after some discussio...
