Istanbulinn Hotel , Beyoglu

Very disappointed with this hotel. - food is not an open buffet (see pic attached) you only get this small portion for breakfast - we had booked 2 rooms and they were the same, rooms are filthy dirty...broken shower... tiny room... broken lamps... toilet ventilator was extremly loud... hotel was empty yet they refused to change our room as it had many faults... Positive - staff who helped us take our luggage up (to access lift you have to go up one flight of stairs...and when you get off at you...

Arrived at 2am only to be told that our booking is not in the system. After they found it, they didn't apologies. The rooms were dirty and when we complained they threatened to kick us out. The breakfast is vastly smaller than pictured and the WiFi is terrible. They eventually did help us with bags when leaving.

great place if you want to be central located in the old town. i definitely recommend this place, the staff were very helpful. The price was fair, and it was very close to all the tourist-y attractions.

The rooms were not as good as on the pictures we found on Internet, the breakfast was poor...the noises in room were annoying! One night the hot water was gone. Tv channels were poor. The only good thing about the hotel is LOCATION.

Travelled alone in 2014. Want to thank staff of Istanbul inn for their hospitality and service. Breakfast was just amazing!!! This is the largest variety of food breakfast I've ever seen. 10 types of cheese, fresh vegetables and turkish cofee.
