Jagjeet's Himalayan Retreat , Darjeeling

We stayed in this hotel from 25jan to 29 Jan. The hotel is at good location...some 500 metres from main market. The climb is slight steep but manageable. Staff was very prompt and helpful. We were 6 adults 2 children and 1 infant. Special mention to good quality food and cleanliness. The scope of improvement includes WiFi and exhaust fans in washrooms.

Seriously, I believed the reviews for this place and found that it is a really small hotel. rooms are small. though the service was good and the food was great. no balconies and no views. if you are only going to stay in the room for a short while, then go here. if you are looking for a room with a view, then this is not the place to stay.

The rooms were very clean and neat Food was excellent and pricing was decent Location is a bit downstream to Mall road Staffs were courteous and helpful Would definitely recommend to my friends visiting Darjeeling

Fantastic experience Cleanliness , staff attitude , location , food and room quality is just perfect There is absolutely nothing to complaint ! It can surely fulfill needs of international traveller The place is located next to Police guest house and NCC headquarters hence completely safe Rooms are maintained and main market is just 5 mins walk The management should audit the property on regular basis in oder to ensure same standards

I have stayed in Jagjeet Himalayan Retreat in the month of June- July'18, lovely hotel with all the comforts in the room. Room was very good as it was shown in the picture. Food was also very good, I have taken the buffet, their are lots of dishes with very good quality and taste. Management and Staff was very good and cooperative. Hotel was little bit far away from mall road, but it can be managed. Overall nice hotel.
