Hotel location is convenient, the clerk is friend. Provide w Wifi, signal is poor. Provide w hair dryer, burly no Kettle. Provide w shampoo, shower gel. The biggest issue I have w this hotel is, there is bed bud on the bed. Two out of three nights I stay there, I was bite by the bed bud.

Great location

by Mel531 on 22 Nov 2016 (Couple Traveller)

We stayed here for 4 days and 5 nights. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Old City. It was close to bars, restaurants, and even a market across the street where we got bottled water for our day trips. The most disappointing part of our stay here, was the front desk staff were not very pleasant. My husband had kindly asked them a few questions and the man was short and rude with his responses. He had no intention of helping. When we got back at night after dinner, w...

Great hotel, great location

by Michael P on 04 Nov 2016 (Business Traveller)

I stayed here before a conference because I wanted to see Jerusalem. We dropped our bags behind the desk when we arrived, and our rooms were ready an hour early at 1 which was appreciated. The room was small but functional, with a great bed, adequately sized desk, and nice bathroom which was clean. The AC is powerful and you have control over it. The windows are small, so not a great view. The breakfast was fine, and downtown Jerusalem as well as the Old City are both easily accessible by foot. ...

In the heart of Jerusalem

by MirosB on 16 Oct 2016 (Family Traveller)

Booking this place, turn down your expectation. The hotel has a good, practical location. Only 5-10 min walk from the Jaffa gate. 30min from Central bus station and bazar. During the night time there are a lot of activities around the hotel. Nice bar, restaurants are open even in shabbat or holy days. So you will be not hungry or thirsty. Be aware of taxi drivers. They are kind of scavengers and want to have 50 shekels for 20 shekels drive. Service in the hotel very good. Staff is very friendly...

Good location but not much else to make it worth staying there

by SaraLynne410 on 12 Aug 2016 (Solo Traveller)

When I needed a hotel room for a couple of nights and choices were few because of a holiday, I ended up here and I couldn't wait to leave. The best thing I can say about it is that it is centrally located and convenient. Also, being on Hillel Street, if you need someplace to eat on the Sabbath, there are a number of restaurants that are open. As for the hotel itself, the room was OK. The hotel staff was professional. I did, however, have a problem getting into my room when my card didn't wo...
