Awesome place to visit!!

Jog falls is a awesome place for Nature lovers, full of greenery and peace. Best period to visit Jog falls is August-December. We visited jog falls in September, the view was awesome. The best water falls which I saw. During the visit, we stayed in Sanjeevini homestay, Those who are planning to visit Jog falls I tell them- the homestay has comfortable accommodation and affordable price. Jog falls was just 15 km's of distance from there. Their website is http://www.sanjeevinihomestay.com

Last summer I had visited Jog falls along with my friends and enjoyed a lot with high falls. But be careful when you go for boating. Sometimes the water flow will be more. Njoy the high falls!!!!!!

This is the place i every time visit whenever i am in shimoga. It's is nearly 100 kms away from shimoga, best time to visit this place is during rainy season. The falls is divided in four streams which are Raja, rani, roarer and rocket, you can get the awesome view of this only during rainy season. Great environment, cool atmosphere made it an enjoyable day. Quite changes have been made when i was visited last. The sound of the water falls is superb. Be careful when you are coming down because water force can take you way. So it's worth visit during monsoon.

Best to visit between July and September. 4 cascades make this one of the most beautiful falls in India. The lush green beauty of the surroundings, the fall, the picnic places nearby and the sheer scale of the falls make this worth visiting. You need energy to climb down and then climb back up, but it's worth it !
