about jungle me-hiking & trekking tours

Jungle Me, a tour company is a member of the Brazilian Association of Ecotourism and Adventure (ABETA). They visit Rio’s tourist attractions, mountains, beaches and belvederes in the greatest way possible, through the rainforest and the nature. Tours are classified by level of difficulty - "easy, moderate or hard" and include target time durations to aid in finding just the right experience. All of the standard hikes are limited to small groups (typically 4 - 8) with multi-lingual (Portuguese, English and Spanish) tour guides providing individual attention to each of the participants. You don’t need to be an athlete nor have previous experience to be a part of it. Nonetheless all tours include an amount of physical activity. The tour always includes instructions on how to walk on rough terrain and how to warm-up well. Note that hiking and walking on trails require more physical capacity then walking in plan area. The activities at Jungle Me are not recommended for sedentary people, people with a history of cardiovascular problems and lung disease or children under 12 years.Tijuca Express Hike (Pedra Bonita), Tijuca 'Big Circuit' (Peaks & Waterfalls), Wild Beaches Hike, Corcovado Hike, Favela & Jungle Hike are some of the eco tours Jungle Me offers to the nature lovers.
