I stayed in the Hotel in Februari. The room I got was not only dirty it was filthy. After complaining next day, I got a suite. Which was very nice and regularly cleaned. I would still suggest the Hotel manager to check Hotel rooms occasionally for cleanliness and maintainance. Even the suite needed some repaires.
The staff in Restaurant were very pleasant to talk to.

They are one of the best Business Hotels in Trivandrum. Courteous staffs and good in house facilities. Reception was easy and fast. Room Was clean. Big Size Gym also available for guest use. Breakfast is Good but can improve on varieties

We stayed in keys hotel last month on leisure .....we really enjoyed their hospitality starting from the reception
People are too good on their they also serve delicious food for each meal . Rooms are also maintained well
Will definitely come back during our next visit to trivandrum special thanks to chef micheal and chef sarath,sujith,vishnu ,fathima. All of them taken care me nicely thanks to them
