Good Hotel For Business Trips

I stayed here in the month of October for 3 days during my business trip to Trivandrum. Nice and decent hotel near to the Railway Station which is just walkable. Room Service is good and the staff is friendly. However the food served in the breakfast could be a bit better.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient location: right opposite the Parcel Office of the Trivandrum Central railway station, and the state transport bus stand is very near, almost adjacent. The domestic airport terminal is only 15 minutes away by taxi/autorickshaw in the morning. Chaithram is a Kerala State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) hotel and as such it is reasonably priced and popular. Occupancy over weekends is very high. This is a vast property and is exactly opposite to Trivandrum railway station and adjacent to central bus stand.The food is excellent here.One can book the KTDC tours from here.Very courteous staff.Room rates are quite moderate

This KTDC Hotel is situated in a conspicuous place in the city, I.e., adjacent to the Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station and State Road Transport Main Bus Station. There are many hotels and other eating joints in the vicinity. But this one stands apart as Classy. Formerly buffet system was available here for noon meals with vegetarian dishes.
