No breakfast. But included in bill. No hot water. No drinking water. Lift isn't functioning. Flush works at it's wish. No water at the hand wash basin. Dirty sheets with blood stains. Restaurant closed all the time.

We were about 4 members who checked into 2 standard non AC rooms. The lifts had some problem which made us opt for the stairs all the time. The rooms are not too spacious. Average rooms. Good bathrooms. The phones in the room don't work. The service is bad. There was hardly anyone at the counter. Not too friendly. They just gave us our rooms keys and expected us to figure it for ourselves as to how to get there. Turning on the main switch is a puzzle altogether. All in all, average hotel.

Very near to KSRTC bus stand. Courteous staff, spacious and clean rooms though ants are there during day time. Restaurant has limited option but good service. As a solo female I didn't find any difficulty staying there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bit cheaper option without compromising on pleasant stay.
