Hotel is one of a kind

by FrancesKnight20 on 20 Jan 2017

This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The rooftop pool is beautiful and the views of the rooftops of Seville are lovely. It's situated in a wonderful location, in the old town of Seville. Within a short walk there are many attractions to see. I've never been to a hotel quite like this. If you have mobility issues then I would not recommend this hotel. Each courtyard is different and extremely picturesque.

A Labyrinth of Enchantment

by Artyfartybarty on 19 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

On paper not a great hotel for the poor wife pushing large husband around in a wheelchair! It was a long arduous trundle from reception to the specially adapted disabled room (which actually, in keeping with many European hotels we've stayed in didn't have a window to look out of - surely anyone with a heart would ensure a wheelchair bound person would have a view!). But the room was very pretty and comfortable with a lovely bathroom, two basins, big bath and luscious monsoon shower with nice ...

Attitood is key

by Stephen J on 18 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

There are hotels by this name in both Sevilla and Córdoba. Both in Jewish quarters of their cities; both an amalgamation of old houses. I understand they used to have the same owner until 2015. But the level of service at the Sevilla one, particularly the unsmiling if not surly attitude of the front desk staff is in marked contrast to the engaging helpfulness of the staff in its "sister" hotel in Córdoba. Will I return to the Córdoba one? Undoubtedly. The one in Sevilla? Maybe but I'd want to...

Full of Charm

by David R on 17 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

We had the pleasure of staying for 3 nights at this beautiful property. It has been lovingly restored and converted over a number of years. The room was spacious and comfortable and the architecture of the many aspects of this hotel was fascinating. Our advice would be to find a few minutes to explore the hotel at both ground and basement level and also enjoy the charm of the piano bar for a drink.

Money in the air

by lonelyapart on 14 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

I mistakenly forgot to show that I booked a room for 2 people, they charge 60 EUR per night as a plus (I don't understand why (they only added one towel - for ) but it's their policy). The rooms are situated in the old buildings with own patios which connected with the reception by the tunnel - moving inside the hotel first two days by the plan only - very strange feeling. in rooms there is NO wi-fi - as a result all lounges are full of people, so Internet is very slowly working. But they have a...
