Lazar Residency Homestay , cochin

We stayed for 3 nights at lazar. Joy and his family took care of us very well and was very nice while we were sick. The room is cozy and clean. We had a room with ac and fan. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good. The only downside was the mosquitos. It was war to kill them all before going to bed eventhough we were careful not to let the door/windows open. We had a great stay there and would recommend.

We loved our 3 night stay with Joy and his family!! The property is in a great location, very clean, comfortable and on a quiet street. The family is so welcoming and kind. We arrived at 11pm from a delayed flight and hadn’t eaten dinner. Without us having to ask, Joy served us toast, eggs and bananas to ensure we ate something before bed, we were overwhelmed by his generosity and hospitality. Very clean, very good location! Helpful and friendly hosts. Very pleasant to eat breakfast together with this family and their two children. We recommend diner in the old harbour hotel, beautiful setting and excellent food. Do visit the Jewish quarter!

I would totally recommend Lazar Residency. We had a great a stay! Joy and her husband were really helpful. Breakfast was delicious and they helped us arrange yoga classes, cookery classes and a taxi to the airport.
