Le CoCo , Varkala

I have travelled quite a bit around India and this was possible the worst ever stay. The owner or host is extremely rude and drunk around the clock. They has messed up whatever we had told them over the phone. The rooms were also filthy with stains all over the bed sheets. There is no direct access to the hotel and you have to walk through another restaurant to get here. Possibly one of the shadiest place in Varkala. Dont ever stay here. Worst service provided. The manager of the hotel is stoned 24x7 and speaks very rudely. They welcomed us in a most hospitable way and contrarily, while checking out, they overcharged us by citing vague reasons. We were forced to pay one day's full charges for checking out a few minutes later than the due time. The location of the hotel is very congested and the path to the hotel is very shady. Новый отель с европейским уровнем сервиса, который содержит семейная пара (жена говорит по русски и сам владелец тоже немного говорит). Помогут с трансфером, подскажут необходимую информацию для отдыха. Чистые комнаты, отзывчивые и добрые хозяева, вкусная кухня. Кроме того, отель прекрасно расположен: недалеко от клифа, около тибетских рядов, магазинов и ресторанов, но в то же время находится немного в стороне от шума и суеты. Место, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова.
