Such a beautiful tranquil place to stay

by raabia a on 12 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

Good contact before arrival, they told us exactly how to get there Excellent location. 20 mins walk to gardens 15 mins walk to jemma el fna Other shops and Souk 5 mins away Went with baby and very accommodating they were eager to make u happy. Had to warm milk for babys food and bottle multiple times a day and they were so happy to do it and did not charge for milk. One night we were too tired to go out and eat as it was raining and local cafes were closed so they made food for us last minute. ...

Nice place

by Marie V on 07 Dec 2016 (Couple Traveller)

A nice riad that's hidden in a small alley so you won't hear all the noise from the streets. It might be a bit difficult to find it so it's better to book transfer from them so you'll get to the right place the first time. They have friendly staff and nice rooms (ours was Iman). The only thing I didn't like was the shower that wasn't functioning very well. The bathroom in our room didn't have a door, it only had a curtain, but that wasn't a problem. Breakfast consists mostly if different breads ...

Amazing location and lovely staff

by Eilidh1989 on 27 Nov 2016 (Friends Traveller)

The location is amazing, right in the medina but far away from the main square that there is no noise. The main square is about a half hour walk away but theres so much to see on the way there and the staff were so friendly and helpful explaining how to find everything. Breakfast was great, the little pool was nice, theres a roof top terrance and the room was nice and clean. No complaints !

We arranged with the riad to be met at the airport, which was a good idea as Les Jardins is right in the souk. The taxi driver handed us,and luggage, over to a elderly guide with a pushcart who took us at a swift jog though all the alleys. There was a lovely welcome at Les Jardins,as we were early ,our room wasn't quite ready so we recovered from our walk in the courtyard, with our first mint tea of the holiday. There is a small pool, sofas, chairs, plants and a relaxed atmosphere. Not sure if it is c...

Friendly Staff, good location

by Justin E on 26 Oct 2016 (Couple Traveller)

The staff there treated us like we were great friends that were coming into town to visit their home. They were very knowledgeable of how to navigate the Medina, and very helpful with any requests we asked of them. They were great with communicating with us before we arrived and arranging transport to and from the airport. The Riad is hidden behind a few twists and turns off the main street so finding it at night can be a little tricky if you aren't great at navigating and the alleys are spooky ...
