Rooms in this hotel is comfortable and spacious. There are things where they really need to improve i.e. service time and service level. Food options are limited here and we had to move to market for breakfast and dinner.

It was an institutional program through which had a closer observation of this hotel during August 29-31, 2017. The rooms were very small with just basic need of the guests and service was extremely poor with unprofessional management approach. The restaurant food was horrible with unhygienic condition. Tariff variable with customers. Location far away from city with roadside parking at your own risk. Suggestible to none for stay if with family.

Very much comfort provider and remote from the hustle and bustle of the city with better hospitality and good room service just a mind blowing experience with lots of delicious menu that attracts you more

The service here was very good with all we needed.. Pleasant environment and polite staffs. The room is fully decorated and service is on time. The location is superb in the middle of market where everything is at walking distance.

The town is small and does not have many good hotels. We were here for two days. One problem we faced here is power cut. They start generator only in night or if much needed otherwise hotel have invert-er. Overall it is one of the best in Daltenganj.
