The worst hotel !

by shosh92 on 26 Dec 2016 (Family Traveller)

Bad room service! Bad front office ! I can give you 0 star not 5 stars ! I lost package when I was there and I tried to call so many times without any help or response! I called 3 times the receptionist just to ask for water ! 3 times to ask for house keeping ! I arrived by 6 PM and my room was not ready !

Not even 4*, not more than 3*, DirtyHotel

by Hussain S on 17 Dec 2016 (Family Traveller)

I wonder how such dirty hotel gets 5*??? I won't give it more than 3*... The lobby could be given 4*, but once you go behind you will find something totally different . Rooms & toilets are dirty, they don't come to clean rooms, Blankets are toooo old No safety measures taken with electricity! The doors and other wooden furniture are damaged and there is no maintenance !! The TV is not working Can someone give the hotel with the above comments more than 3*?? Good things are: 1 )reception staf...

Poor breakfast

by Husnyeh M on 18 Oct 2016 (Family Traveller)

The hotel is good in general, but they serve a poor breakfast, poor and not fresh juice, they don't add what runs away of the dishes. A bus between AlHaram and the hotel is available on prayer times. The rooms are clean and well furnished.
