Slightly disappointed

We had high expectations of this hotel and ended up being slightly disappointed. Despite booking a room with a queen bed, we got one with twin beds. They were not able to give us a different one so they just pushed the beds together. Also the breakfast was not as good as we expected - when we came down we had to wait at least 30 minutes, as there was almost no food in the buffet. Apart from that the room was clean and the food really tasty.
Guwahati stay

It was not a very pleasant experience especially when one comes to stay after a long drive be at restaurant or front office: staff were too stiff - not sure why: quality of towels left a lot to be desired: hotel seems to have been caught in a time warp: the property seems to be at a good location.

It's a well designed hotel with best facilities. Their restaurant is artistically done and chef deserves an applause. Cutlery is pretty good too. They provide tea coffee maker in room with comfortable soft beds. Value for money while providing excellent service.
Good place to stay

The hotel was really comfortable. We stayed here for one night. Buffet breakfast was available. Everyone understood hindi/ english. The food was delicious. It's a good place to stay. Location is also good.
OK Stay

We stayed here for 1 night on our way from Shillong and back to Mumbai. Our stay was OK, reception staff were quite friendly. Breakfast wasn't fully ready - but looked like a good spread of Idli, fresh juice, bread pakora, cereal. Probably the best breakfast we got in our trip in Assam State. It took a long time in getting towels too - there were non in our bathroom.
