Mayur Retreat , Lonavala

Receptionist asking for more money for 1 hour early check in. After paying so much money they have not opted at least for breakfast. Not worth for money. Actually it is not a Hotel it is a learning center. Restaurant is too costly. Very far from Railway Station and Market. There are many better options in this same price range. No amiminitis. Swimming pool is just for show.

I had visited the place for a official training program from my organisation and overall I found the place excellent and well maintained in all respects as the total resort as leased fully by my organisation.

Actually it's not a hotel it's a Lupin learning center, pictures are showing under it are totally different from reality they they not maintain hygiene in hotel swimming was ok type, even they don't provides basis amenities like napkin and toothpaste. Not taking much attention on maintainance we found foul smell in rooms.

I stayed in this hotel from 18 to 24tg march, 2018. It was a very good experience for me and also for my friends who came with me. Room space is sooo nice. Neat and clean rooms even bathrooms also. Housekeeping was also good. Room service is best. Food was awesome. I love the food. Specialy that soup called "dhaniya Sorba". That soup was soooo damm good. Its mouth watering for me. Brekfast and evening snaks are also good. Dinning area is good and specious. Air circulation is good. Neat and clean...

We have stayed this hotel for 2 nights while our lonavala trip. The location is quite good , but they should improve its interior. Rooms were big and clean. The service was also good. It has nice garden to spend time and a playground for kids.
