Melvins Homestay , wayanad

The Homestay is bang opposite a tea garden and thats the first thing you see when you wake up along with the early morning mist or clouds gently rolling across. This view itself is worth the stay. What makes the stay extra special is the kind hospitality of Melvin and his family. We were 4 families with lots of kids with tons of special requests. He did not disappoint us even once. Every request was catered to. He took extra trouble to organise a bonfire at his plantation as well as a spice tour...

It was a real homestay. All in their family were very kind and friendly. I specifically would like to thank Melvyn and Jeffi. He took us for an estate walk inside his coffe estate and shown us various plantations like coffee, ginger, pepper, Cardamom and fruits like Sweet lime, passion fruit etc. we enjoyed a lot.

Thanks to Melvin & his family,we had a wonderful vacation.Very gracious host. All of us being foodies, he catered to most of our requests. His plantation is beautiful.Delicious authentic Kerala food cooked by his mum & wife. All in all a wonderful Wayanad experience, I definately recommend Melvins Homestay.

We were 4 families with a group of 9 children staying at Melvins Homestay from May 7 to 13, 2018. Melvins hospitality is too good. He extended help when a child was sick, to caring for any special needs of our children. His 'yes' attitude is absolutely great as he tried to cater to most of our requirements to the best of his ability. The beauty of Mother Nature is admirable. It was an amazing stay at Melvins Home stay..Wonderful Kerala homely food, Service was excellent too. Rooms were well maintained clean and were nice ambience. Location looks more like heaven and feel like staying there for eternity..We really enjoyed a lot.
