about menara kuala lumpur tower

A part of Kuala Lumpur which is seen ever so often on post cards and arch rival of the Twin Towers, the Menara Kuala Lumpur Tower was built for communication purposes. Today, the tower is the highest viewing point in the city, and is probably the best place to capture the skyline of the ever growing city in your camera lens.

Modeled on the designs of a Malaysian Rotating Top, the tower has a bulbous top, which houses a viewing deck on one level, and an amazing revolving restaurant on the other. The place also plays host to a lot of events during the year, witnessing the adventurous KL Tower Base Jump, and other auspicious occasions like Ramzan.
