Huge beds but far from night market

by Ameera S on 26 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

Very comfortable hotel with huge room and big beds but not within walking distance to the night market. Supermarket is just next door which is very helpful to buy halal groceries I.e. Cheese, canned food, milk, etc. To night market, there is a scheduled free shuttle rides by the hotel but need to book early especially if you're travelling w more ppl as it gets full quickly.

Basic but does the job

by shazbatzannie on 15 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

We stayed here to use as a base whilst visiting the elephant sanctuary and other temples in the old city. It was clean and comfortable and the pool was great for the kids to cool off after a day sightseeing. It was also clean and OK to sit around. Breakfast wasn't up to much but as it was included in the price (which wasn't expensive for the 4 days) we didn't mind just having coffee and eating out for lunch. Helpful staff and good location

by Helen H on 10 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

All the staff are speaks english and are very helpful. Location is excellent, with the supermarket, market, main bus stop & eateries areas within walking distance. As a Accor Platinum members, we were given complimentary airport pick up/ sent off, welcome drinks served during check-in and room upgrade. The room is a decent size and clean. The toiletries provided is minimum and the housekeeping is slow in servicing the room.

Underwhelmed for a four star

by Kabir D on 05 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

This hotel did its job, which is providing a roof over our head. However, it is marketed as a four star hotel when in actuality it is run down and needs maintenance. Staff was friendly. If this hotel considers itself a three star, I would be happy to give it a higher rating. For any guest used to the Accor standard, they will be disappointed by this location.

GhiangMai - cultural laid back town

by OutandaboutEU on 04 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

It was nice break for two days in my 2 week Thai trip. Nice hotel, quiet, refurbished and clean. Very attentive and helpful staff. Breakfast had good varieties but need some elegance. Good food can be better decorated and presented. Breakfast looks dated and needs upgrade. Management was very helpful and courteous. Free shuttle to night market and good tips. Just book in advance as becomes full.
