50th birthday away

by sonj67 on 22 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

Lovely, comfortable and clean hotel, friendly staff, especially the two barmen working 19/01/17 night. The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The beds very comfortable, we asked for a second pillow each which was sent up straight away. We didn't eat their but there's plenty of cheap and nice places to eat close by. The hotel is centrally located to alot of sights of interest, gran via, the royal palace etc, visited the real Madrid stadium for the Malaga game, what an amazin...

So relaxing and comfortable

by Howard G on 21 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

This is my 2nd time in 3 months staying here ,and I'll be back in a few weeks again to stay, have stayed in the new part and the old part ,stayed in room #213 in the old part , clean room , and had a nice view of the side street and lovely and quite which suited me. Very close to everything and a very safe area to walk at night time . Haven't used the bar but was always a good few people in there again 10/10 to hotel and 10/10 to staff very friendly and nothing was to much trouble ,

Good location

This is a good hotel from which to explore Madrid. The rooms are compact but clean and have a mini-bar and safe. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not far from the hop-on hop off bus route.Hotel bar is very pleasant. Also there are a lot of decent places to eat nearby although I must say that the hotel prices for breakfast are reasonable.

Nice (business)hotel in the heart of the city. Rooms are okay and there is a nice pool at the roof (seasonal). Nice hotelbar and in th cellar a very good restaurant where in the morning a nice breakfast is served.

Christmas in the sunshine

by SmirkingPixie on 27 Dec 2016 (Family Traveller)

We booked this hotel back in the spring as we wanted a place with a restaurant open on Xmas Day. We were offered a move to another room but decided to stay as my mum was in the room next door; we didn't want to be miles away from her and so we just slept with the window slightly open which was much better. The ...
