about mughal garden

Walk down the Mughal Garden, Delhi feel the fresh scent coming from the beautiful flowers, all blooming up in glory. Spread over an area of 13 acres, the garden is a combination of the former Mughal style with that of the British architecture, designed by Sir Edwin Lutynes for Lady Harding. Two channels running North to South and two running East to West divide this garden into a grid of squares. There are six lotus shaped fountains at the crossings of these channels.

Altogether, visiting the Mughal Garden is a soothing pleasure to your eyes and it is a must visit when you are in Delhi. They are open to the public from mid-February to mid-March only, so make sure you don't miss visiting this place.
