The visitors to Museum of Fine Arts get an option of self-parking and valet parking. However on many occasions the parking remains full thus it is advised to travel by public transport- subway, bus and MBTA or ‘T’. If you are taking a bus then take the 39 bus to the Museum of Fine Arts stop, or the 8, 47, or CT2 buses to the Ruggles stop. Similarly if by T, then take the Green Line E train to the Museum of Fine Arts stop, or the Orange Line train to the Ruggles stop.

Originally founded in 1870, The Museum of Fine Arts (or MFA) in Boston, Massachusetts, moved to its current location in 1909. It is the fourth largest museum in the United States containing more than 450,000 works of art. If you are interested in Asian art, then this is the place for you. The museum is most popular for its world-class collections of Chinese and Japanese Art and also has holdings in South Asian, Southeast Asian and Islamic Arts. Some of the must-sees here are Japanese prints, paintings and sculptures as well as Chinese pottery and sculptures. As of 2014, it is the 55th most-visited art museum in the world.
