Very bad ambiance and service. No any response as and when required. Uncleaned towels and bedsheets. Standard of accommodation was not acording the value of money. i will not reccommend to anyone to go here and waste money.

Nalapad residency is like an age old decaying hotel in which no one is even interested to renovate or make changes in the interiors. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. The staff & service is terrible. It is a total waste of money.

Please note: I am unable to select Jan 2015 from the drop down menu for "when did you travel?". Hence, I have selected Feb 2015, but the actual dates of travel are mentioned this review. The exact date of stay in this God forsaken hotel was 25th Jan 2015. I would give this hotel 0 stars, but can't go below 1 star! Nalapad was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked this via Yathra . When I got to the room it turned out to be the worst place I ever been to . Fungus all over. Carpets torn up, Stained bed sheets and stinking mattress. Wash basin leaking onto the floor, rotten doors, no hot water , leaking commode . Obviously not cleaned. They are just a rip off. If I had landed there after dark, I would not have got any other alternatives. Stay away from the place. The staff is also lethargic ...

Nalapad was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked this via clear trip and got there by 1230pm. They made me wait for 30 minutes on the pretext of rooms being cleaned. Finally when I got to the room it was a pig sty. Fungus all over. Carpets torn up. Wash basin leaking onto the floor, mom working plugs, rotten doors. Obviously not cleaned. They are just a rip off.
