Rooms were nice, but the villa rooms are overpriced compared to a standard (not much size difference) the F&B is acceptable and the breakfast reasonable. Why 3 star only? The breakfast ran out of coffee and never refilled, ordering beverage around the pool can take over one hour (also too limited a selection) the pools were dirty and not cleaned on-time (still cleaning at 10am) The hot spring should not charge for the fish-therapy (88rmb!) when other local hot springs such as Nan tian do not. ...
Way over-charged during holiday seasons, 3-star room conditions only,
by Felicia W on 15 Mar 2016 (Family Traveller)
The rooms are like every other average MOTEL room in China, either size or the comfort-ability. In holiday season the room price is very unreasonable, the irrigating part is, can you imagine they are selling a 30-RMB worth swimming suit to the price of 400? but still we pay for it and hope to get relaxed here. The spring inside each room on the balcony is pretty cool though, you get to enjoy in a half-opened area but at night there will be bugs flying around which sucks. Outside springs are sma...
don't choose this hotel, all it has is the view 如果没有美景，就一无是处了

We stayed at the double suites with Jacuzzis. The room was beautiful and quite. The hot spring was nice. The closest pool was not far but would be so freezing to swim except right after lunch time. Spa was horrifying. Their Chinese restaurant was Okay. Do not ever try their 88 RMB dinner buffet, it was literally nothing there. We spent 3 nights there so we decided why not give it a go as there were not many choices. But it was as horrible as you could imagine. Everything empty. We had small ...
Beautiful setting but lots of shortcomings

The resort is huge, to get anywhere you need to either walk up and down the hills for 20 minutes one direction or wait for a golf cart to take you around - thus if you are traveling with small children, have a stroller or elderly person or have difficulty walking - this place will drive you crazy. It takes a lot of time and a lot of effort to navigate this property. There are only 3 small natural springs that can be used, another one is paid. Private tubs (total 5 of them) are paid and I recomm...
Environment gorgeous; resort disappointing
by Tijssie80 on 09 Nov 2014 (Couple Traveller)
Arrived at Narada last night and will be staying here for two more nights. Experience so far; I'm giving it a 'Very Good' at this moment, but that's mostly due to the environment (sub-tropical forest) rather than the resort itself... From airport to hotel is 80km, so made use of the (free) airport shuttle; this shuttle runs only a few times per day, so we had to wait for 2 hours at the airport. No issue, however, finding the driver took some calling back & forth to the hotel (we speak some Chi...
