excellent location

by darq1 on 25 Jan 2017 (Friends Traveller)

Polis is a small agricultural area in Cyprus nestled between the mountains and the sea. its a really pretty place. the hotel is perfectly situated. there are wonderful walking and hiking trails in the absolutely pristine mountains nearby, the fishing village of Latchi is ten minutes away and Paphos is quite close too. the room was clean and quiet with a separate living area. the bed was comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets. breakfast was excellent with all fresh local produce, and a grea...

An amazing, relaxing retreat

by Brittany-Bambi on 11 Dec 2016 (Solo Traveller)

I spent 3 weeks here in the summer and could not have been more relaxed throughout my stay. The location (as a solo female traveller) was very safe and the people both working and staying at the hotel were on the whole very kind. Although the beach itself was rocky, this is true for many of the beaches I have seen in Cyprus. I brought water shoes, and this solved the problem. The beach itself was very clean and I was even able to see just-hatched sea turtles one day! I opted for a sea view ro...

Fantastic location

by Louise B on 20 Nov 2016 (Family Traveller)

It is hard to write a review of Natura Beach, because it is really a fantastic place, but at the same time I can understand some of the negative reviews in here. We opted for Natura because we liked the idea that the hotel was eco-friendly and famliy-run and served food form their own farm. But if you expect clean towel and room service every day, and want your room to be sprayed with insect-detergent, this isnt the place for you. However, we had a prefect hooliday for our familiy consisting of ...

It is in a very good location with most rooms having a wide open view of the sea.

by Walker90 on 06 Nov 2016 (Couple Traveller)

We liked this hotel - it was our first visit to Cyprus and we preferred it to the second hotel we stayed at. There were a couple of 'niggles'. We would like our own kettle so we could have a coffee/tea when we wanted it. (The hot water in the restaurant wasn't available until 7.30am). Breakfast was well displayed with lots of different meats, croissants etc but hot food was minimal. Unfortunately, the hot food very soon became tepid or cold even though we got there at the start of breakfast...

Quiet, getaway hotel

by Stoneyport on 02 Nov 2016 (Family Traveller)

We've stayed at Natura Beach Hotel several times in spring and autumn (summer in Cyprus can get a bit hot!) since about 2000. The hotel is just outside the town of Polis in north-west Cyprus (Greek) and an easy drive of about 40 km(?) north of Paphos and the airport. A car is a very useful (essential?) addition to a holiday here we find. Don't be confused by the name "Natura" - the hotel is not a naturist hideaway! It's a family-run business run by a former professor of zoology (or maybe botany...
