Saket Metro Station on the Yellow Line is the nearest metro station to the Garden of Five Senses. From there, the garden is almost at a distance of 2.7 km and can be covered by auto or cab. The garden of five senses is not just a park, but a platform which invites lot of public interaction, cultural fests and other activities encouraging better and healthy living. It remains open for visitors on all days from 9 AM to 7 PM. The entry to the garden is chargeable starting from 10 INR for children and senior citizens to 30 INR for adults, however for the handicapped it remains free.

The garden was inaugurated in February 2003 with an aim to awaken human responsiveness towards environment. The major attractions of the garden are Khas Bagh-spiral walkway, bamboo courts, solar energy park, herb gardens and Neel Bagh-pool of water lilies. There are many nearby places to visit around Garden of Five Senses that can be explored within same day.
