Checked in at 10:30. Nice fancy lobby, access through the UB City Mall and the restaurants. Felt good. Then reality strikes. The receptionist confirms that I had booked a non smoking room but is peddling a smoking room for no particular reason. I refuse. Then she peddles another room which overlooks the restuarant/ bars which will play loud music till 11:30. So she actually tells me that I may have to remain awake till 11:30... I was taken aback by the frankness as well as the audacity. Then...

Pros: - In UB City, a large complex in Bangalore. The shopping mall look pretty high class, of course you not going to buy anything there. - Some restaurants right outside the lobby, both western and local. I tried 1 but then found its not nice. - Also can find some more restaurants down the street. - Got washing machine in the room - Spacious, got a kitchen to prepare your own food if you want Cons: - UB city, so quite noisy at night due to a club nearby - Have to purchase wifi separately beca...

The hotel was very well organized and kept very clean. I have stayed the hotel for two weeks with small children. Whenever I come back to the room from outside I felt very relaxed. Special thanks to Mr Govind, Balaji and Pandy for cleaning my room every day!! You guys are the best team!

Good location in the center of Bangalore! lots of restaurant can dinner. Staffs are very kind and helpful! Gym is nice. Room have most you need like stay at home! My boss stayed three months here that is his recommendation for me to stay here.
