How to avail the offer
- Open the ixigo App/web/mobile-web, search and choose your preferred flight.
- Select ixigo as your service provider from the 'Booking Options' tab & apply coupon code: HDFC10 at the time of making your booking.
- Proceed to the payments page and pay via HDFC Bank debit card for your booking.
- You will get flat ₹500 ixigo money + 10% cashback, upto ₹3000 on your booking.

- This offer is valid for all users.
- The minimum booking amount for the same is ₹10000 (excluding ixigo money).
- The offer is valid only for bookings where “ixigo” has been selected as the service provider.
- The net payable amount is exclusive of convenience fee, insurance, ixigo money & any other Ancillary fees.
- Customer can avail maximum ₹3000 cashback till 11th Jan 2020.
- This offer is valid from 11th Nov 2019 to 11th Jan 2020.
- You will receive ixigo money within 24 hours of your booking confirmation.
- Cashback point proceeds shall be posted to the customer's Debit Card linked account after 90 days from the month of transaction.
- Customers who fail to enter the coupon code or using the wrong coupon code shall not be eligible to avail the offer.
- Offer valid only for HDFC Bank Debit Cardholders.

- Maximum cashback for this offer is ₹3000 cashback points per customer till 11th Jan 2020.
- If a customer does a transaction of ₹10,000 or more on multiple merchants for Flight bookings then he will be eligible for earning 10% cashback upto ₹3000 basis the highest transaction amount.
- For Example, If customer uses his card on 3 merchants (for travel or hotel booking) with 3 different transaction amounts as ₹10000, ₹15000, ₹20000 then he will first earn 10% cashback on ₹20000 (10% cashback = ₹2000) followed by ₹15000 (10% cashback = ₹1500 but will only get ₹1000 as max cashback limit reached) & will earn no cashback for 3rd transaction of ₹10000 as the customer has reached maximum cashback cap of ₹3000.
- Travel purchases will be identified basis the merchant category codes as identified by Visa and Mastercard
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card.
- Customer will need to redeem these cashback points by logging into NetBanking or calling PhoneBanking and request for redemption of the cashback points. Every 1 cashback point is equal to ₹1.
- The cashback points accumulated can be redeemed through NetBanking: Cards > Debit Cards > Enquire > CashBack Enquiry and Redemption > Account Number > Continue > Input the CashBack amount & through PhoneBanking.
- 48 hours post request for redemption of Cashback points, the equivalent amount shall be credited to the customer primary account Linked to the Debit Card only.
- This offer is valid for all HDFC Bank debit cards apart from Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.
- Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional cashBack offer, may be borne by the Debit Cardholder/winner

- All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfillment date. Post such date; the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
- Any TAT committed with respect to the posting of Reward Points/ CashBack for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfillment is completed at the earliest.
- In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Reward Points/ CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, the customer is requested to contact the Bank & the Bank shall review the same & have the reward points/ CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.
