Good spacious rooms, clean, need to get a tram to the city centre tho

by sophiecarty on 19 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

Me and my partner stayed here in Jan 2017. The first day was snowing and took us about half an hour to get there from the airport at around 800 (can't remember the currency). First impressions were abit skeptic as it's down a little street however the receptionists were nice enough...went up to the room...good...very spacious...wifi was good and got it everywhere in the hotel... and the bathroom was bigger than expected. Towels were on the bed with soap and shampoo then we went out to explore. ...

Could have been better

Too many niggles A bit too far from the centre of Prague to walk, but there are trams quite close. Walking does however let you see a lot of Prague. There are 2 convenience stores nearby where you can but supplies at a good price rather than buying them in the City centre. Bottles of fizzy pop were 32-35Kr for 2 litres compared with 50Kr for a ½ litre (200Kr for 2ltr) First niggle is that we did not get the room that we booked through Booking.com! The room we got was spacious, clean with a comf...

Prijs kwaliteit

by Ivo M on 16 Dec 2016 (Friends Traveller)

Don't expect haute cuisine or a warm welcome but expect a well maintained 3 star hotel in a good location near the metro. I've stayed here 2 times because of the pricing and quality of the hotel 10/10.

What you would expect for a budget hotel

by bronzekitten on 05 Dec 2016 (Couple Traveller)

We only stayed here for 2 nights in November. The rooms are nice and large but they did not have the heating on when we arrived and we had to put it on ourselves. We went out the following day and when we got back it had been turned off and took ages to warm up. Breakfast was fairly good and nice selection and everything was clean. For 2 nights and a cheap break - I would recommend. It is not near the main town so you have to get a tram in - but it does not take long.

Cheap but below average

by Donnabr66 on 21 Nov 2016 (Family Traveller)

I've stayed here very recently and although there was nothing wrong with the place I wouldn't recommend it. We got a really cheap deal but it is not central and it was a lot of hassle getting to and from the centre. Our room was clean and the beds are comfortable but the decor is very outdated and makes the place look rundown. Prague is hard to navigate around so we ended up spending a lot on taxis to get to the old town. Sometimes the cheaper option ends up costing more...
